BMC MMRTD and other deptments are blaming contractors for bad work Where were the engineers of the conserned dept when the work was in progress?. are they not responsible for the shabby work? . they must also be booked for it. They are a part of this poor perpormence. They have wasted public money without any responsibility. If they were to make payment from their pocket what way they will react. The hon judges must take seriuosly these grave discrepencies and take action on the concerned dept ,contractor and make them pay with fine .
